Hi Karen! I've loved this movie for a long time, and it was my first idea of Alan Rickman as a romantic lead. Of course Col. Brandon was marvelous, but this one has a special place in my heart. Thanks for sharing the video link of Neruda's poem, too! (Not to mention dropping by the blog to comment your thanks!) I think I need to watch "Sense and Sensibility" this weekend!
Oh this is a lovely video clip - one that I didn't even know about, so thank you for sharing this. Neruda is always a favourite.
