My New Book Is Shipping Early!

A couple of weeks ago, I mentioned that After Miscarriage was scheduled to ship and hit bookshelves on February 13th. But if you pre-ordered, you might want to check your mailbox -- it's shipping now.

Charlotte shared a picture of her copy over at Waltzing Matilda. You must go have a look. She has her sweet "Cupcake" (gorgeous at just shy of six months old) holding a copy. Charlotte has endured the pain of miscarriage twice and she generously allowed me to use a few of her words in the book.

Other bloggers who graciously allowed me to use snippets of their lives:

Abigail Benjamin, Abigail’s Alcove
Margaret Berns, Minnesota Mom
Melanie Bettinelli, The Wine Dark Sea
Janet Brungardt, House of Brungardt
Karen Murphy Corr, Busy Hands
Sara Lewis Holmes, Read Write Believe
Ellen Gable Hrkach, Plot Line and Sinker
Mary DeTurris Poust, Not Strictly Spiritual
Roxane Salonen, Peace Garden Mama
Sue Umezaki, Living and Learning

Thank you to everyone who lent words of comfort and wisdom to this project.

After Miscarriage can be ordered from the publisher (Servant Books/Franciscan Media), or through AmazonBarnes and Noble, or various Christian bookstores such as ParablesChristianBook.com, and The Abbey. It should be available soon, too, through Adoremus Books and Aquinas and More.

How wonderful your book has launched into the world. I know it will go where it is needed.

I'm honored to be a snippet!

Thank you for this book! I think Roxane already told you our story, and I am so grateful. I was also VERY excited when it came early. I've read the whole thing, and it's by my bedside to dip into each night as I think of and pray for my Ethan.

Karen, thank you so much for working so hard on this book. I know it is going to be such a healing force for many, and as Lindsay attests, that's already happening. What a blessing! Thanks, too, for including my story in your book. I can't wait to receive my copy and think again on our little Gabriel. Congrats!

I can't wait to read it - and to pass it on to others who will be able to gain healing from it!
