Good for Betsy! Locks of Love is a wonderful organization. I've donated a couple of times. A haircut like that takes a lot of getting used to, but it feels so good to know that you've helped another girl who's lost her hair due to illness/chemo/etc.Tell Betsy I'm proud of her!
Wonderful, Betsy! My girls did this a couple of years ago and what a worthwhile experience! After all, my dh lost his hair from chemo when he was 9-11. I'm sure he would have appreciated hair back then as he used to get laughed at by his schoolmates....Way to go!
Tell Betsy I think she is wonderful!
Yay!!! She did it!!!Good for her for hanging in there. Both the before and after shots are beautiful.
I think you know where I stand on this and why :) so I'll just say THANK YOU so much Betsy, from the bottom of my heart, and my daughter's. :)
Kudos to Betsy! She looks great and it's such a great way to give of yourself.I donated my hair a few years ago when I was in grad school. It was a great experience. I got a wonderful haircut and then played around with dying my new short hair red. Not sure I'll be able to do it again anytime soon, though. My hair takes too much time to care for when it's short and I'm a bit too busy chasing my baby to deal with it. Some day, though I'd like to do it again.
What beautiful hair!!! That's so awesome!
She looks adorable either way, what a generous thing to do!
Wonderful! And such a cute cut.
Good for her! I donated mine last spring.
Oh yay!! Go Betsy! I love the haircut and now we both will send hair to Locks of Love!
Gorgeous before and gorgeous after!!!
A beautiful act of kindness from a beautiful girl. She looks lovely.
