A few years ago, I stumbled across this wonderful site and have been using its resources ever since. The St. Nicholas Center is loaded with history, information on the origins of St. Nick, and ways in which he is celebrated around the world. It has beautiful illustrations and loads of St. Nick activities for children.
Using this site alone, you could construct a rich unit study about St. Nicholas. Or, you can just have a really fun couple of days with it.
