Can You Come to Austin in July?

That's where I'll be!

I'm speaking at the Catholic Family Educators Convention on Saturday, July 12th, at St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church. (Registration information can be found here, and contact information is here.)

I'll be delivering the keynote address and doing one workshop on teaching kids to write.

If you're anywhere near Austin next month, I'd love to meet you, keynote at you, and talk to you about kids and writing.

So excited!

I need to make this happen. I have a very important birthday the next day, but I'm going to see if I can squeeze in a road trip. Eeeek!

Oh don't I just wish! Have a great time and say hello to my hometown for me. I miss it so. Maybe some day you'll make it to our part of the world. Or we'll make it to where you are.

And, really, Jenn, I don't use excessive exclamation points lightly. :)

Karen, I didn't know that.

And I'd use that many exclamation points if I got to meet either you or Jenn.
