Ramona: Mommy, when I whistle, you honk, okay?
Me: Okay.
Ramona: (Whistles)
Me: Honk.
Ramona: (Whistles)
Me: Honk.
(This continued for a minute.)
Me: Wait a minute ... why are we honking again?
Ramona: It's the way we communicate. You know. As homeschoolers do?
Me: This is how homeschoolers communicate?
Ramona: Yes. We're a rare sub-species.
