Naturally I missed this when it first made the rounds but thanks to Pie for Breakfast I found it. Just showed it to the girls and Betsy said, "Who are they, and how do I join them?"
They are Improv Everywhere.
And as Matt did (I was late to his party, too), these guys just make me happy.
