Visit someone you don't often see.
Make the time for someone you love but have fallen out of touch with.
Have an Advent tea.
Or coffee.
Call a friend.
Remember that Jesus came to the little, the lowly, and the humble ... Ask for littleness, lowliness, and humility.
Feel and see the blessings around you in this last full week of Advent.

Thanks for the ideas - more confirmation that I have a few people to call today!
Karen, this echoes what I wrote about on my blog, that this Advent I was called to be present to people. And so I've been trying to shed my seasonal reclusiveness, worry less about the work to be done, and get out there to be with others.
Thanks for adding ideas for ways to do this.
Oh, I definitely need to heed these suggestions. Thanks for the gentle prompt.
Great post and lovely reminders!
I really needed to read this. Thanks.
I love these ideas. And I love the final paragraph - it speaks to what I have been feeling myself so much this Christmas, the need for littleness, for the small ordinary moments in which just to be.
