I want these Alphabet books ...

... even if Ramona doesn't need them.

Yesterday, she read, "Blogger: Kare...." on the taskbar as I was composing a post. So, she's doing fine. She's past letter recognition.

But, I really like the looks of these:

An Alphabet of Catholic Saints, published by Catholic ArtWorks.com, looks very sweet indeed.

And, who doesn't need more books about the saints?

Discovering Nature's Alphabet looks like an awful lot of fun.

Just because my child doesn't really need alphabet books at this stage doesn't mean I have to stop buying them, does it?

Really?

OK. You got me. I tempt you with middle ages books; you tempt me with alphabet books. Do we call it quits now before our husbands have breakdowns over budgets?

We love the Alphabet Saints book. It's a hit with both children.

The Alphabet Saint Book is a big hit here. The older ones love it as well as the littles. It's definitely worth having.

Two more books to add to my wish list.

I love alphabet books. I don't think you can ever be too old to enjoy the really good ones. I remember buying some lovely ones when I was in high school. I wonder whatever happened to them.... Probably given away. Oh well.
