Marth Lava

I just can't say it correctly.

The inchworm the girls found is alive and well in captivity (a handy little bug jar) and we're all thrilled that we didn't kill it after the first day.

It seems to love the lilac leaves we're feeding it, and it's leaving plenty of evidence that it is eating heartily.

But I can't get the words out: "moth larva" keeps turning into "marth lava."

I've decided to give up and just name the thing Martha.

Don't worry Karen. I doubt there is any American who could pronounce "moth larva" in a way anyone this side of the Pond would recognise ;-). Martha will do nicely!

Your mouth and mine must have the same disorder! Now you've got me saying it!
