Ramona and I Can't Get Enough of Julia Child Picture Books

First it was Bon Appetit! The Delicious Life of Julia Childby Jessie Hartland.

And here's the latest one we enjoyed together:

Minette's Feast: The Delicious Story of Julia Child and Her Cat was an absolute delight. For lovers of Julia Child, cooking, cats, and Julia Trivia. Recommended.

I have often said that no one is ever too old for picture books, and I am willing to bet a lifetime supply of coffee on the fact that I will be reading them (i.e., reveling in the art that is the excellent picture book) until I die.

Happy reading!

These look so good! M would love them! And yes, no one is too old for picture books. Considering the ages of my children, I think I ordered one purely for myself last week.

LOVE both of these (and had the pleasure of interviewing Susanna, Amy and Jesse).

Exciting news -- a new Julia book by Kyo Maclear will be out this summer!

Jenn, I find myself doing the same thing. :)
Sue, you'll love them!
Jama, I must have missed your interview with Susanna and Amy -- must go back to look for it. And, oh! A new Julia book -- thanks for the heads up!
