Poetry Friday

I'm cheating this week, and am rerunning Ramona's "camping"-inspired poem. The original poem post is here, and the reason "camping" is in quotation marks is here.

from Ramona, age almost-five, up early in the morning with Mommy, and overlooking the hills:

It's so beautiful here
If only insane,
I could be a whip-poor-will.

The Poetry Friday round-up is at Shaken and Stirred today. You can find it here. Thank you, Gwenda, for hosting, and as always, thank you Kelly at Big A little a for creating Poetry Friday (hope you're having an amazing time in Scotland, as if I had to wish for such a thing ....)
